We are often asked a few questions about our service.
I come prepared with the best products & equipment available to professionally clean & sanitize all areas & surfaces of your space(s). If you have a specific product to be used or if you have allergies or fragrance sensitivities, please let me know and I will accommodate.
Yes, A Great Clean LLC will furnish all forms of insurance required by law and would be glad to furnish a certificate showing insurance is up to date.
Yes-it is a big help if you pick up or put away any clothes children’s toys or other items before I arrive. Also, if you make sure your pet is safe & secure before I arrive.
There is no set amount of time. It all depends on the condition of your space. Most deep cleanings or one-time jobs can take 6-8 hours whereas a routine cleaning is approximately 2- 4 hours.
A Great Clean stand by the work 100%. After each cleaning you will be asked to look over your home to see if there are any areas you feel needs more attention or detail. If for any reason you have a concern or don’t feel satisfied with your service, please contact me within 24 hours. I will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
Cash, check, credit card due upon completion of services rendered. Monthly invoicing is also available upon request(s).
I love Pets. I do not clean litter boxes, urine, or feces. If you have a pet that is aggressive, please have your pet crated or absent from areas to be cleaned. We will not let Pets outdoors unless instructed by you to do so.
Being home is not necessary. Before your service you can tell me how I can enter your home or office. Most clients will leave a key under the mat, in a lockbox or provide an entry code.
I am an extremely professional, punctual & organized solo cleaner. I am committed to offering amazing customer service and promise to always put you first. I encourage your questions or comments. I will never push you to use my service or nickel & dime you to complete a job to your satisfaction.
No, I do not utilize contracts. I prefer a cleaning service agreement which allows you to state what your expectations are for the specific cleaning services performed. For example, if a cleaning needs to be performed at a particular time due to your house being up for sale. Another example if you own a pet, you may want your furniture vacuumed 2x a week. An agreement details expectations for services rendered.
